If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, just\u00a0contact us\u00a0within 90 days to exchange your item or within 30 days to qualify for a refund in full. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless return\/exchange is due to manufacturer defect or is the fault of Tarter Woodworking LLC.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Sales Tax on Internet Orders<\/h3>\n

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to locations within Indiana. Sales tax is calculated on the merchandise and handling charge total.<\/p>\n

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states. However, you may be responsible for paying a sales\/use tax to your state and\/or local taxing authority on orders shipped to you in your state.<\/p>\n

The correct sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed.<\/p>\n

Availability<\/span><\/h3>\n

Inventory stock status is kept updated throughout the day. Occasionally an item showing in stock may go out of stock by the time your order is filled. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.<\/p>\n

Overview<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\r\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\r\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLate or missing refunds<\/b>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
